Pastor Malcolm Wild

Malcolm Wild, born and raised in England, always had a great interest in music. He was the first on his street to own a record player! When He got saved, at the age of 20, he and his friend Alwyn began using their love for music to bless the Lord. They traveled around England and in the early 70’s came to the United States to sing and play.

In the mid-seventies, Malcolm and his wife, Carol and their three children moved to California to work with Maranatha! Music. During their time at Calvary Chapel Cosa Mesa, Malcolm discovered his love of teaching the Word of God. He became an Assistant Pastor there until 1984 when the Lord called he and his family to Merritt Island, Florida to be a Senior Pastor.

Tending and feeding the flock at Calvary Chapel of Merritt Island has been Malcolm’s passion for over 30 years now. He has been invited to speak at Pastor’s conferences and men’s retreat around the US. His Sound Truth radio program is heard across the US, UK and parts of Africa. One of Malcolm’s visions for the CCMI fellowship has been to operate our own radio station. In October of 2006 that came to fruition. WRDJ 93.5FM has been on the air since and is broadcasting great bible teachings, worship music and area focused news.

He and his wife, Carol both love to teach the Word and are actively involved in the nurturing of their nine grandchildren.

His clear exposition of the Word reveals his heart’s desire to see the Sound Truth of God’s Word spread throughout the world!
